BOWLING MATTERS:

More names required for the friendly game against Pershore on Sunday 10th May (away).

Play away and improve your game. Don’t get labelled a Home only bowler!

Presidents Day is being moved to 16th May from 9th May because this clashes with the GBA trial and would cause parking problems. If Members have put their names down for the 9th and can’t make it please let Nick Charlwood know by text or email but please put your names up on Bowlr if you can make the revised date for a good club day with BBQ etc

Greens will not be available for use until 2pm each weekday for the present time. The team are working hard on the greens and need additional time each day especially at the start of a long season.

Wednesday Indoor Inter-Club Competitiion. Captain Michael Cox receives the winners trophy from Margaret McColl. Is this the last trophy for 24/25 or the first for 25/26?

OTHER MATTERS:

The snooker room will be unavailable from 11am – 6pm on Tuesday 12th May as the room is required for a Ladies County Game away team changing room.

A list is available in the kitchen for volunteers to provide Sunday morning bacon rolls. Please volunteer to help at one of the dates – the Rolls, Bacon and refreshments will be supplied in the kitchen ready to prepare.

The next regular monthly draw is on 1st May 2026 with the new Draw Year commencing on 1st July 2026. You’ve got to be in it to win it. Details to follow.
