EGM – Proxy Voting
Proxy Notices must:
Be delivered to the Secretary at bcsecretary@outlook.uk before Friday 2 October:
a) state the name and address of the member appointing the proxy;
b) show the person appointed to be that member’s proxy. Who should be a Full member and present at the meeting
If you appoint the Secretary as your proxy you must state if you are voting for or against the motion.
