Winter Bar Hours
Bar opens 5pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and Saturday 12 noon-2pm.
Bar closes 10pm Tuesday, 1030pm Thursday & Friday (or 9pm if no-one using the bar)
The club is having the new till installed on Monday 5th October 2026 and new replacement membership cards will be issued to every member. We hope to start handing them out before and after the EGM.
The next GBA Members Forum will take place on 24th October at Barnwood. All clubs have been asked if they have any matters they would like raised or discussed at the forum. If you have anything you would like the club to raise, please send to Peter Babbage at bcsecretary@outlook.uk who will coordinate the club’s response.
Friday Night is Club Night which used to attract a lot of members; but times change as do social habits and on some Fridays the club is barely worth opening after 7pm.
Can you help bring life back to Friday Nights and save your Club Night?
You might consider organising a series of guest speakers, a members talent show, a race evening, a quiz league, a pub games night, a film night or give a chance to aspiring musicians from the local university.
