BOWLING MATTERS:
All Cheltenham teams survived the first round of National Competitions. See FB for results.
Gloucestershire are hosting the Regional Finals of the Balcomb Trophy at Cheltenham on Saturday. This is an all day event with matches starting at 9.30am, 1.30pm & 4pm.
There will be 4 counties competing; Worcs, Warks, Wilts & Glos with each County playing pairs, triples & fours in a round robin format. The club’s role is to provide a good green and boost club funds by keeping players and spectators fed and watered. If you can help with catering please contact Peter Babbage.
There will be no “Friday Fun Game” this coming Friday (29 May). However there is nothing to stop members turning up and arranging a “friendly” game amongst themselves!
So far we have had no response to our appeal for a website editor; Geoff Ratcliff has offered his services as our new Social Events Coordinator.
